This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with strong consultation experience to support the business through a key transformation project. The Role As HR Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering effective employee consultations relating to: Relocation Redeployment Redundancies Working closely with managers, employees, and wider HR colleagues, you'll ensure all processes are carried out in line with employment law, company policy, and best practice. This is a hands-on role where travel to different sites may be required. About You We're seeking someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate impact.
