ASAP We are currently seeking an experienced
Qualified Social Worker
to join the
Duty and Assessment Team
in Lancaster. Key Responsibilities:
Undertake
Child & Family (C&A) Assessments Develop and implement
effective care and support plans
for children and families Conduct
safeguarding investigations
in line with statutory guidance Manage a varied caseload within a
fast-paced duty environment Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker (Degree in Social Work or equivalent) Registered with
Social Work England Minimum 3 years' post-qualifying experience Proven experience within
Duty & Assessment
or
Child Protection (CP)
teams Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Apply Now:
