Responsibilities
* Work with a diverse class, including pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD and SEMH, and adapt teaching to support all learners.
* Collaborate with the teaching team to deliver high-quality lessons and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Holds QTS (including newly qualified teachers).
* Experience or strong interest in working with SEND pupils.
* Energy, creativity and a nurturing approach to the classroom.
* Ability to manage behaviour calmly and confidently.
* Works well in a team and is open to learning.
