Job Description
The role entails:
* Assisting the Letting Manager with managing all direct lettings negotiations
* Contributing to weekly/monthly leasing targets & full occupancy by processing all leasing applications efficiently
* Managing lettings enquiries by telephone/email - registering applicants and booking viewings
* Managing electronic data and emails, ensuring all client files are updated
* Agreeing on new tenancy agreements and ensuring compliance requirements are met
* Carrying out reference checks and communicating regularly with customers about progress
* Drawing up documents for new tenancies
* Arranging security deposit registrations
* Presenting the product in the best possible way and acting as a brand ambassador
* Assisting the marketing and PR team with campaigns and events
* Gaining an understanding of the local marketplace to stay competitive
* Assisting with viewings and providing excellent customer service
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* At least 2 years’ experience in property letting or related business
* Strong sales skills and confidence in promoting a product
* Excellent customer service skills
* Effective communication skills, both oral and written
* Advanced skills in business operating systems, including Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems
* Strong administration and organizational skills
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
