Role overview This is a great opportunity to work within the Running Brand team, helping bring products and campaigns to market, and to grow key categories from both a brand and business perspective. No previous experience is necessary, making it perfect for those starting a career in brand marketing, though any experience is a plus.
The role is based at our HQ in Newton Abbot, Devon, with an option to work one day a week from home.

What we need you to do Collaborate with Brand Managers to define campaign objectives and priorities.
Manage key accounts and develop relationships with brand partners.
Brief the thought leadership team on campaign goals and requirements.
Assign actions across teams and ensure delivery owners are clear.
Set deadlines and manage the campaign process from start to finish.
Provide regular updates and communicate risks or bottlenecks.
Oversee the creation of campaign retrospectives and tear-downs.
Your Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Good time management and administrative abilities.
Budget management skills, including tracking expenditure.
Understanding of social media platforms.
Creative ideas for consumer engagement.
Interest in running or fitness is a plus but not essential.
