Berry Recruitment is offering a fantastic opportunity for skilled Carpenter to join our team, working with Southampton City Council. This 3-month contract has the potential for full-time employment for the right candidates.
The Role:
* Working in Bassett, Lordshill, Shirley, and the City Centre
* Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
* PAYE direct with Berry Recruitment - including holiday pay
* Carrying out property maintenance and UPVC installations (would be an advantage)
* Working within the Housing Operations team, liaising with residents and colleagues
* You will be provided with a van, uniform and PPE.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Carpenter with experience in property maintenance
* Ability to carry out small works in other trades
* Confident, self-motivated, and customer-focused
* Strong understanding of the construction industry
