Join Our Team as a Shift Manager!
Are you ready to take the lead in a vibrant and dynamic environment? As a Shift Manager at Butlin’s, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our daily operations, making sure our team is in the right place at the right time to meet fluctuating guest demands while maintaining our high operational standards.
Your mission? To support and coach your team, helping them deliver exceptional service and achieve key targets like add-on sales and promotions. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role, allowing you to spend most of your time engaging with our guests and creating memorable moments.
Flexibility is key, as this role covers a 5-day working week across 7 days. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy thinking on your feet, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
We seek an experienced leader from the F&B sector who is passionate about delivering fantastic service. You should have:
* Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy restaurant, bar, or retail environment.
* A knack for training and coaching in a lively atmosphere.
* Confidence in directing your team and responding to challenges.
