Internal Sales Executive
Location: Elmley Lovett, Droitwich.
Salary: £25, to £28, + Bonus.
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 2pm.
Are you a driven, results-focused sales professional who thrives in a collaborative environment? Our client is looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales, account management or customer services to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market leader, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and liaising with suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities:
1. First point of contact for sales enquiries - providing price & delivery guidance, checking serial numbers, offering alternative stocked options, and issuing formal quotations.
2. Assisting customers with product selections.
3. Managing the full sales cycle from order to completion, ensuring all documentation (technical data sheets, shipping docs, certifications, etc.) is accurate and timely.
4. Processing purchase orders and invoicing.
5. Liaising with head office, suppliers, and transport companies to track progress and resolve issues.
Requirements:
6. Proven experience in an internal sales role (B2B experience preferred).
7. Excellent communication & organisational skills.
8. A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on results.
9. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
