Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality support in the daily running of the department as an individual and team player.
* Undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties required to maintain the smooth running of the department and enable the team to achieve its objectives and meet required deadlines.
* Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and correspondence.
* Perform any other administrative duties as required.
Eligibility & Requirements
* To work in the United Kingdom, you must have a valid entitlement to work in the country. Work permits must be demonstrated via visa or EU settled/pre‑settled status. Eligibility can be checked via GOV.UK routes (here).
* Where applicable, you may be eligible for sponsorship under the UK Skilled Worker/Health & Care Worker visa if the employer is a licensed sponsor and the role meets the salary threshold. Details can be found (here).

* This role requires PVG Scheme membership for the required regulatory group (child and/or adult). If you are not currently a PVG member, you must apply to Disclosure Scotland and be deemed satisfactory before commencing.
