Reporting to the Used Parts Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Used Parts Assistant to join our team. This is a role where you will have every opportunity to develop and grow with our business.
This role is a fully encompassing role and will involve outside yard-based activities along with administrative functions.
Full training will be given to enable you to carry out the following duties:
* Selling used parts
* Locating and identifying parts from yard locations
* Communicating with customers (in person, on the phone, via email)
* Organising logistics and taking card payments.
* All admin associated with used parts sales (invoicing, dispatch paperwork, etc.)
* Updating parts and machines on our website
As well as the desire to learn and develop, ideally you will:
1. Have good computer literacy skills and knowledge
2. Be proficient in handling administrative tasks, invoicing, and marketing responsibilities
