Introduction
Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join their Internal Support team. Reporting to the Department Team Lead, this role involves providing efficient administrative support while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Duties
* Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries.
* Assisting with delivery tracking, stock availability, and lead times.
* Managing customer returns and processing credit notes.
* Supporting Non-Conformance Reporting.
* Assisting with quotations, sales and purchase order processing.
* Processing customer payments.
* Managing the department inbox.
* Providing general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.
Requirements
* Previous administrative experience.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Good attention to detail and numeracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
