This role is ideal for experienced Cover Supervisors or Teaching Assistants who enjoy variety and thrive in fast‑moving school environments.
The Role
1. Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
2. Maintain a positive and well‑managed classroom environment
3. Confidently manage behaviour in line with each school’s policies.
4. Keep students engaged, focused and on task
5. Adapt quickly to different school settings and expectations
What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant UK secondary school experience is essential Strong behaviour management and classroom presence Confidence supervising whole classes independently Flexibility and reliability Access to a car is advantageous, given the location and travel between schools.
