* Assisting the Accounts team in resolving invoice queries
* Coordinating with customers for skip collections or exchanges
* Referring new account enquiries to the Sales team
* Managing skip permit applications and renewals with local authorities
* Monitoring and resolving issues on thePurgoissue board
* General administrative duties including filing and record keeping
