Central Employment are working with a fast growing eCommerce business in County Durham, as they look to expand there in-house Marketing and eCommerce team. We are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager who can create and implement marketing plans to work across both divisions of the business, B2B & B2C/eCommerce.
The role is perfect for a motivated self-starter who loves making a real difference through data driven decision making; having responsibility and autonomy to deliver; and is passionate about working in a growing, developing business that house a number of strong brands.
Main responsibilities of the Marketing Manager: -
* Analyse and report on marketing campaigns.
* Create and implement marketing plans to maximise lead generation and customer engagement
* Manage a marketing budget.
* Lead marketing campaigns and data segmentation.
* Arrange and negotiate media bookings for internet, print and outdoor and press for regional franchise marketing needs
* Build relationships with external agencies, specifically Performance Marketing and Web Development
* Write PR briefs and drive maximum coverage.
* Manage and oversee offline and online platforms.
* Increase brand awareness through tactical and strategic campaigns
* Increase website traffic and high-quality leads.
* Integrated a fully responsive website, PPC, SEO and remarketing campaigns
* Full analysis of campaigns, activity and ROI.
Person Spec: -
* Experience from Retail, Trade, Consumer or FMCG sector
* A Marketing generalist, with knowledge/ experience across both online and offline marketing channels.
* Experience across both B2B, B2C/eCommerce Marketing channels
* The ability to build a brand marketing campaigns
* Experience in developing online sales via digital media/channels SEO, PPC, social media, Paid Social
* Can write creative, compelling copy and content to execute digital marketing campaigns and marketing materials and products
* Confident in using Google Analytics
* Solid knowledge of Shopify/Shopify plus
