Pay: £89.05 – £110 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We’re seeking dedicated and empathetic Behaviour Support Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Crawley and nearby areas. You’ll provide tailored support to pupils who need extra help—working one-to-one, assisting small groups, and helping create a calm, inclusive learning environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting pupils with special educational needs, focusing on both learning and wellbeing
* Encouraging focus, confidence, and engagement throughout the school day
* Assisting teachers with lessons, routines, and classroom activities
* Creating a safe, positive space where every child feels valued
* Adapting to different schools, age groups, and individual needs
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
* Confidence to work across different school settings
* A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
