About the role The Support Services Coordinator will assist in the Learning & Development department as well as supporting in Reception, Estates, Placements and Workforce.
The Coordinator will be expected to complete a wide range of training, administrative tasks and ad-hoc project work as required, which will make it an incredibly varied job role.
The role will require efficient and effective administration skills as well as a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
If you are naturally hard working with good communication skills, flexible and would like the opportunity to work in a busy and varied team, then this could be the job for you.
Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative duties
* Support and develop an annual Learning and Development Plan for all staff in conjunction with Registered Managers
* Deliver training and develop materials to implement key IT system changes
* Ensure the learning environment and resources are sufficient
* Support employees’ learning needs
* Visit all services to deliver training where required
* Liaise with administration staff as appropriate
* Complete other duties as required
* Support the administration of the online learning platform (ELFY)
* Coordinate and liaise with external providers/managers to facilitate and schedule delivery of training
* Keep up to date with regulatory changes and key changes to training guidance or practice
