Key Responsibilities:
3. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
4. Provide guidance on HR policies and employment law
5. Support employee relations and performance management
6. Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
7. Assist with payroll and benefits coordination
8. Contribute to engagement and wellbeing initiatives
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
9. Experience in a generalist HR role
10. CIPD Level 3 or above preferred
11. Strong understanding of UK employment law
12. Excellent communication and organisational skills
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
