We are currently seeking a highly organised, experienced, and professional Guest Experience Manager with an eye for detail to play an integral role in our team.
The on-target earning potential for this role is £41,277 per annum, comprising a base salary of £34,277 plus an estimated £7,000 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will enjoy a range of perks, benefits, and rewards.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Managing daily operations to ensure smooth department functioning.

3. Welcoming guests and providing tailored interactions to enhance their stay.
4. Building strong relationships with guests and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
5. Supporting VIP visits and ensuring operational readiness.
6. Leading, training, and developing your team to achieve high standards.
7. Managing revenue through upselling and financial oversight of your department.
8. Recruiting, retaining, and developing team members for future growth.
9. Maintaining high standards of guest service in line with industry standards.

1. Extensive experience in luxury hospitality, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
