£8.22 ph (for the 1st Year and then age relevant)

Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced and dedicated team of teaching professionals who will support you in gaining a Teaching Assistant qualification. The Governors and Head Teacher at Sea View Primary School would like to appoint a Teaching Assistant Apprentice to work towards a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. You will be required to attend in-set training days and 2 twilight training sessions per academic year. The successful applicant will work under the guidance of teaching/non-teaching staff to undertake a range of learning activities with pupils in line with the school’s policies and procedures.
Requirements
* Maths and English Level 2 Functional Skills or GCSE qualifications grade A* to C (or 4 to 9).
* ECHP: For those with an education, health and care plan or a legacy statement the apprenticeships English and Maths minimum requirement is Entry Level 3. British Sign Language qualification is an alternative to English qualifications for those for whom this is their primary language.
