Duties
* Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
* Clean windows, mirrors, and glass fixtures to maintain clarity and shine.
* Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper towels, and cleaning products as needed.
* Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure bins are emptied regularly.
* Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and report any damages or malfunctions.
* Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding cleaning schedules or specific requirements.
Skills
* Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
* Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact with clients professionally.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Valid driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between sites.
* Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction through professional conduct and attention to detail.
