In support of the Amazon Advertising business, the Ad Success Team (AST) is building a group of energetic and highly motivated Campaign Specialists. As a Campaign Specialist, you will work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts and be responsible for helping them meet their advertising goals via opportunity identification and account optimization. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to test internal tools, gather, and share insights with the internal product and engineering teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need to use your analytical skills, help advertisers grow their existing business, and develop new business opportunities. You will be measured on key metrics aligned with sales and account management goals. You should be technically savvy with an interest in online advertising, good at data analysis, well organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivation to engage with advertisers through calls to explain optimization recommendations and solutions is essential. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to customer success and a proven track record of exceeding goals.
Core Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of Standard and High-Value advertisers
* Work in rotational shifts and proactively make outbound calls to generate leads
* Lead kickoff calls with advertisers, guiding discussions with a preset agenda
* Analyze account performance, identify opportunities, and implement optimization solutions
* Identify product improvement opportunities based on customer feedback and data analysis
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to resolve performance issues
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a business discipline
* More than 2 years of experience in sales/marketing
* Experience managing global clients and owning performance goals
* Excellent English and Japanese communication skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Digital Advertising or related fields
* Experience in e-commerce or retail industry
* Passion for online advertising with a results-driven track record
* Data interpretation and business recommendation skills
* High attention to detail and multitasking ability
* Experience with data analysis and certifications like Google AdWords or Bing Ads
