Hours:40 Hours/week – (32 Senior Care Assistant – 8 Supernumerary)

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting with the overall management of the home
* 1 Day Supernumerary in the office and 4 Days supporting our staff and residents out on the floor
* Leading and motivating care teams to deliver outstanding care
* Ensuring care plans are up-to-date and tailored to individual needs
* Handling staffing, rotas, and mentoring team members
* Promoting a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for everyone
What We’re Looking For:
