Job Description
We are working with a SEND support setting in the Smethwick area who are seeking to appoint an additional long-term SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support in their specialist SEND support provision.
In role you will be working with a small group of students who are autistic, have global development delay and struggle to access the mainstream curriculum. This role will be very varied and having a positive, outgoing attitude will be key.
This vacancy is open to both candidates with school-based experience, and we are also open to applicants with transferrable SEND support experience from residential, support and care backgrounds.
This role is long-term working weekdays only (Monday to Friday) during the hours of 8:30am to 3:30pm. This role is term-time only.
This vacancy has a pay rate ranging from £92.63 to £96.52 dependent on experience and qualifications.
