Aneurin Bevan University Health Board offers an exciting development opportunity to join the MH/LD Divisional Administration team as a Support Officer. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join us within the MH/LD Division at St Cadoc’s Hospital. The successful candidate would be expected to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, be flexible to the needs of the service and able to demonstrate a commitment to achieving high standards of work. Knowledge of hospital systems would be beneficial although full training will be given to the successful candidate.
Main duties of the job
* To provide high quality administrative support to the Divisional Administration team within MH/LD
* Ensure typing of statutory correspondence is prepared accurately within legal timeframes.
* Maintain accurate training records, and assist with training audits and to support the review and development of new procedures within the Administration team.
