In this new role, we are looking for a high-calibre purchasing supervisor to work alongside the purchasing manager to lead the fantastic team in this busy department.
This is a hybrid role 3 days office / 2 days home working.
Your day to day
Developing the teams' skills
Enhancing and refining current processes
Working with other supervisors across departments to ensure an efficient approach
Build and maintain supplier relationships
Demand planning with the sales team and suppliers
Conducting pricing reviews
You
Excellent team management and coaching skills
Solid purchasing background
CIPS Level 4 would be ideal
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Up to £38,000k basic salary plus bonus to £43,000 and extensive benefits package.
