Mechanical Technician / Maintenance Technician required for a highly successful industrial M&E maintenance and installation company based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, close to Fareham, Southampton and Chichester in West Sussex. The successful candidate will form part of our mobile team of engineers carrying out maintenance, fault finding, repair and installation at our client sites mainly around the south of England.
Responsibilities
* Carry out maintenance, fault finding, repair and installation on mechanical systems and equipment on industrial sites.
* Work as part of a mobile team of engineers and be prepared to travel to client sites mainly around the south of England.
Qualifications
* Must Hold: Completed Mechanical Apprenticeship
* Level 3 technical certificate
* Willingness to travel to site and be able to work away from home Monday to Friday on occasion
* The ability to obtain DV level Security Clearance
Desirable
* ONC or HNC level mechanical qualification
* Government Security Clearance
Package
* £40,000 per annum plus, depending on experience
* A fully expensed company vehicle will be provided
