At Norse Group we have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team based at our Head Office in Norwich.
As Learning & Development Coordinator you will provide support across the team to enable the delivery of training needs to the business, planning & scheduling training/learning solutions, ensuring appropriate resources are in place, and responsibility for the day-to-day administration.
Main Responsibilities
* Planning and scheduling annual training plans within set timeframes, prioritising when required
* Organising and facilitating training events using approved resource to deliver training needs
* Communicating any events or training opportunities to the business in a timely manner
* Liaising with external providers to ensure all relevant documentation is completed, and arranging training or observation dates
* Supporting with preparing monthly reports and statistics where appropriate
Our Successful Candidate
* Proven office and administrative experience in a busy environment, ideally within the Learning & Development Sector
* Previous experience using Microsoft Office Packages
* Excellent time management skills with ability to work to own initiative and as part of a wider team
* Fantastic communication skills, able to build strong, professional relationships with colleagues
