Queer East is seeking a passionate, motivated Project Assistant who will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of the organisation’s projects, including its annual festival, touring programme, and other initiatives.
Focusing on administration and operations, the Project Assistant’s key duties will involve liaising with a range of stakeholders, partners, and colleagues to ensure that Queer East’s events are smoothly delivered and executed to a high standard.
You will also gain opportunities to develop creative skills related to the running of arts festivals, in marketing, curation, programming, and community outreach.

Key information
* Contract: Part-time (three days a week)
* Length: Fixed term of one year from August 2025 to July 2026
* Hours: 21 working hours, excluding lunch breaks, across three working days per week
* Annual leave: 28 days, pro rata (0.6 FTE)
