The Role
* Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 depending on specialism
* Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that support strong progress
* Delivering practical science lessons with a clear focus on safety and subject knowledge
* Assessing pupil progress and providing clear, constructive feedback
* Contributing to curriculum planning and departmental development
* Playing an active role in the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in a Science-related subject
* Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Strong subject knowledge and high expectations for pupil outcomes
* Good classroom management and organisational skills
* A professional, positive, and collaborative approach
