The Role
You'll play a key role in generating and developing sales within an established customer base, while also identifying new business opportunities. This is a varied role that blends customer service, sales, and administration and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and seeing results.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring outstanding customer care.
2. Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders.
3. Proactively identify opportunities to grow and retain business.
4. Execute outbound campaigns and follow up on leads.
5. Oversee more complex customer requests to ensure satisfaction.
6. Maintain accurate records and support internal compliance processes.
Requirements:
7. Minimum 12 months' experience in a sales or customer service environment.
8. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
9. Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
10. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
11. Positive, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
