As the Head of Development, you will shape and execute a new fundraising strategy aligned with the organisation’s 25th anniversary. You will inspire the team and engage key internal and external stakeholders to achieve fundraising goals. Working closely with the Deputy Director, Director, and Board, you will provide hands-on leadership to maximise income from all sources, with a particular emphasis on philanthropy. Developing strong relationships with existing funders, sponsors, and supporters will be crucial to ensure effective stewardship processes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing six-figure donations through personalised and sophisticated donor engagement strategies. You will have demonstrated experience in cultivating and stewarding major donors and be an inspiring relationship fundraiser and leader.
This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working arrangements, based in London, for three days a week.
