Nursery Manager Join Our Growing Team in Ladywood!
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our vibrant early years setting in Ladywood and ensure every child has the best possible start in life.
Location: Ladywood
Salary: Competitive dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the nursery team to provide outstanding care and learning opportunities.
* Ensure the setting meets all Ofsted requirements and safeguarding standards.
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers, and the wider community.
* Manage nursery budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential).
* Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an early years setting (mandatory).
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
* A genuine passion for early childhood development.
