* Test Manager with Guidewire Policy Center, Claim-Center product experience.
* Strong London Markets domain knowledge is an added advantage.
* 15+ Years exp in Testing and possess good Test Management and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in creating and executing test strategy, Test plan and test cases.
* Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
* Familiarity with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* At least 5+ years of experience leading multi-functional teams and/or conducting service improvement projects.
* Demonstrated presentation and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work in team environment.
* Proven oversight of projects and the ability to report to senior leadership on all project activities.
