Overview
Brand Manager for an exciting FMCG wellness brand at Got The T-Shirt. Hybrid location – 3 days per week in Birmingham. Department: Marketing. Reports to: Head of Marketing. Salary: Circa £45k to £50k dependent on experience.
What you’ll be doing
Brand Strategy & Planning
* Own and deliver the annual brand plan, aligned to big business goals
* Stay ahead of the game with regular insight into market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity
* Champion and protect the brand identity, ensuring consistent tone, look & feel across every touchpoint
* Keep the brand fresh and relevant – constantly evolving with changing consumer needs
* Lead on consumer research to spot opportunities and sharpen the strategy
Innovation & NPD
* Bring bold new ideas to life – from concept through to launch, in collaboration with NPD, Supply Chain and Sales
* Shape compelling product propositions and standout packaging
* Be the brand guardian – making sure every product idea fits the brand and excites our consumers
Marketing Campaigns & Communications
* Lead show-stopping 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, PR & experiential
* Partner with top creative agencies to develop fresh and inspiring brand assets
* Own the content strategy and make sure you’re turning heads and winning hearts on every channel
* Feed into creative development and media strategy to maximise reach and impact
Trade & Shopper Activation
* Work closely with Sales and Category teams to create compelling trade sell-in stories
* Develop retail activation plans that win at the shelf and drive shopper engagement
* Own POS, promotional calendars and retail execution – ensuring Liv Smart shines in store
* Support promotional planning, listing conversations and customer meetings
Performance & Budget Management
* Track and analyse performance using tools like Nielsen, IRI, Kantar and digital data
* Measure marketing effectiveness, optimise where needed, and shout about what’s working
* Own the brand P&L and marketing budget – making every penny count
* Regularly review EPOS performance to identify growth levers and risks
Collaboration & Influence
* Be the face of the brand within the business – bringing people on the journey and inspiring belief
* Act as the key marketing contact for UK & International Sales teams
* Build strong relationships across teams – Sales, NPD, Supply Chain, Finance, global offices and beyond
* Work closely with agency partners and customers to bring big ideas to life
What you’ll bring
Experience & Background
* Degree in Marketing (or similar)
* 5+ years’ experience in a brand or marketing role – FMCG background preferred, nutrition/wellness a massive bonus!
* Proven experience in brand strategy, campaign planning, NPD, and budget ownership
