Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for an Office Administrator on behalf of our client based in Littlehampton.
In this exciting role, you'll support a busy engineering team with general office support.
You'll need to have strong customer support skills and great attention to detail to support this team.
Responsibilities:
1. Cover reception duties, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.
2. Supporting HR and finance functions through varied admin support.
3. Maintenance of accurate records, across business operations and personnel files.

Requirements:
5. Detail orientated, with strong organisational skills and accuracy.
6. Strong record keeping, with clear attention to detail.
7. Good working knowledge of IT, comfortable using multiple varied systems.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hours: 8:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday, 8:00-13:30 Friday
Pay: £12.50 Hour
This role is a 12 week temp-to-perm contract.
