Role: Fleet Sales Administrator
Location: Volkswagen Newbury
Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

The role
As a Fleet Sales Administrator, you will play a key part in managing our corporate and fleet sales process. You will be a confident communicator, building strong relationships with major corporate clients providing a consistent and reliable service for them with their fleet needs. This role does require someone with previous fleet sales administration experience and an understanding of the post-sale process.
Who you are
• You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers easily
• Excellent attention to detail is necessary due to the level of administration required
• You will be naturally organised and have good time management skills
• Confident IT skills, particularly in MS Excel
What you’ll do
• Work closely with corporate clients providing consistently high levels of customer service
• Lead all post-sale related administration processes for fleet sales
• Provide client quotations, order vehicles, allocate vehicle registration numbers, tax new vehicles and produce client invoices
• Liaise with the vehicle preparation centre to ensure vehicles complete a pre-delivery inspection and are valeted
• Arrange vehicle delivery or collection by the client
