Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Experience working in a Business Systems Manager, Applications Manager, Applications Team Lead, or Senior Applications Analyst capacity. Strong experience of application lifecycle management across an estate of SaaS and hybrid applications. Strong Microsoft 365 applications and services experience in an organizational setting. Hands-on experience managing SharePoint Online. Experience working with core business enterprise systems such as Finance, CRM, HR & Payroll. Project Management/Lead experience. Experience working on projects to install or upgrade commercial SaaS software applications, including implementation, upgrade, build, configuration, UAT/testing, UX, training, and support. Mentoring or leading teams, line management, and/or performance management and motivation. Strong supplier management capabilities. Relevant certification, such as Microsoft, vendor-specific, PRINCE2, ITIL, etc. (desirable) Experience implementing or operating Microsoft Purview capabilities (desirable). Familiarity with Azure (desirable). Experience with Power Apps (desirable). Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the end-to-end ownership and improvement of the organizations application estate and any associated integration. Act as product owner and manage the application roadmap, continuous improvement, and upgrades. Promote usability, adoption, and value of the applications. Project manage implementations and upgrades. Manage stakeholder relationships and reporting. Oversee third-party supplier management. Create and maintain product roadmaps. Provide support service provisions. Maintain a super user network. Ensure data integrity and security. Produce systems documentation and training materials.
