Position The position of Sales Support Administrator will be based from our head office in Lacock, Wiltshire. As the Sales Support Administrator you will have a key role in the coordination and support for the Commercial team as they align the service offerings and business development strategy across the IT Managed Services space. You will have the opportunity to help develop and grow the business base, working with internal and external resources to achieve business objectives ensuring maximum return on investment and business goals as achieved. Main Duties Generation of customer quotations and managing sales orders within the Mintivo line of business system. Taking, progressing, and monitoring orders from quote to procurement, through to delivery. Ensure our CRM is kept up to date, managing opportunities. Working with sales team to develop proposals that are right for the clients needs and objectives. Developing a thorough knowledge of technical specifications and keeping up to date and informed on new products, services and sales processes. Obtaining pricing, availability and delivery information for products and services. Registering vendor deal registrations. Recording and registration of warranties and licensing. Manage purchasing, stock control and deliveries as required. Working closely with Finance and Technical departments to resolve issues and queries. Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls. Attending and contributing to meetings when requested. Greeting clients and providing hospitality support Marketing and Event support Other sales administrative and operational activities as required. Essential Skills & Experience Must be dynamic, capable, hardworking, confident with the ability to work as part of a team whilst managing own workload Customer Service focussed General admin and support experience Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong problem-solving skills Experience working within an IT MSP environment would be advantageous Who You Are Excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do – you have an enthusiastic “can do” attitude who will be a welcomed addition to a positive team in a great environment. You have a a willingness to learn from others while striving to benefit and add value for our customers. You will be keen to learn and progress. Notes 37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri. Travel to customer sites may be required so the ability to travel as and when required needs to be considered. This role requires a DBS and BPSS security checks.
