The Role
The FM team seeks an electrically qualified engineer to manage the outsourced FM services contract at Manchester Airport. Responsibilities include contract management, ensuring electrical compliance and safety, reviewing and instructing proposed works, delivering best value, managing small projects, supervising contractors, overseeing insurance inspections, and maintaining accurate records. Deputising for the Facilities Manager (Hard Services) during absences is required.
What Will Make You Successful
* Experience in industrial hard services with an electrical focus on a large commercial or industrial site
* Contract management experience and ability to work with contractors/sub‑contractors
* Suitable electrical qualification and strong health and safety knowledge
