Job Description Are you a Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering graduate looking to start a career in technical sales?
We are recruiting for a Junior Technical Sales Engineer to join a growing specialist distributor of water treatment pumps, dosing systems, sensors, and process control instrumentation.
This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for a STEM graduate seeking to move into a commercial, customer-facing engineering role. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers on water treatment systems
Assist with selection of pumps, dosing equipment, and instrumentation
Support troubleshooting of basic water treatment and process issues
Prepare quotations and process customer orders
Learn to interpret water chemistry and application requirements
Work closely with internal engineering and sales teams
Candidate Requirements Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM discipline
Strong interest in technical sales and customer-facing engineering roles
Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
Any knowledge of water treatment, pumps, dosing systems, pH, ORP, conductivity, or flow systems is advantageous but not essential
