Key Responsibilities
You will define and own the annual marketing strategy, aligning plans to business objectives and revenue targets. This includes turning company goals into clear campaign frameworks, channel plans, budgets and KPIs. You will lead go‑to‑market activity for both care worker and client audiences, drive data‑led forecasting and performance modelling, and act as the day‑to‑day brand ambassador to ensure the organisation consistently delivers on its brand promise.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration
You will work closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion, support product and tech on customer journey optimisation, and partner with HR on employer brand and internal brand alignment. Across all activity, you will ensure marketing consistently reinforces Staffscanner’s purpose—Care Reimagined—and its core values.
