A leading care provider is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Support Manager to support care home managers and ensure the delivery of the highest standards of person-centred care.

Responsibilities
* Provide both operational and clinical support across a portfolio of homes
* Mentor home managers
* Drive continuous improvement
* Step into leadership roles where required to maintain consistency and stability
What we're looking for
* A proven track record at management level within a care home environment
* A management qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience)
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to drive performance and quality standards
* Excellent knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
* Evidence of up-to-date training and CPD
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* A flexible, adaptable, and positive approach
