Are you looking to build a hands‑on career in manufacturing?
We’re hiring a Trainee Fabricator to join a well‑established and growing business specialising in uPVC and aluminium windows and doors.
The Trainee Fabricator will support the production of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors across multiple manufacturing stages.
This is a hands‑on role ideal for individuals with a background in carpentry, joinery, or assembly‑based manufacturing, who are looking to develop their skills within a specialist industry.
What you’ll do
* Assist in the fabrication and assembly of windows and doors
* Use hand tools and machinery (training provided)
* Follow technical instructions and maintain quality standards
* Carry out basic checks and support production targets
* Maintain a clean, safe working environment
What we’re looking for
* Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a hands‑on trade (e.g., carpentry or joinery)
* Carrying out basic quality checks during production
* Ensuring attention to detail in all aspects of fabrication
* Reporting any defects or issues promptly
* Willingness to learn and develop
