Deputy Manager (Clinical) £24 per hour | Nursing Home I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded care provider for an experienced Deputy Manager (Clinical) to join one of their nursing homes. This is a key leadership role supporting the Home Manager in delivering safe, effective and compassionate nursing care, in line with CQC standards, best practice and company policies. You’ll provide strong clinical leadership to nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice and wellbeing. In the absence of the Home Manager, you will take responsibility for the clinical governance and day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance and quality standards are consistently met.
