The Role We re looking for a reliable, experienced Sous Chef who thrives in a busy service environment. Working alongside the Head Chef, you ll play a key role in leading the kitchen during high-volume service while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency, and confidently run the kitchen when the Head Chef is off. What You ll Be Doing Running sections during busy services Supporting the Head Chef with daily operations Maintaining high food standards under pressure Assisting with ordering, stock control & prep Training and supporting junior chefs What We Need From You Experience as a Sous Chef Ability to handle busy, high-pressure services Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and team mentality Pride in consistency and standards What You Get £34,000 plus depending on experience Strong tips via tronc (paid separately) 45 hours over 4.5 days No Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year s Eve Supportive owners and solid team Well-run kitchen with good structure Real opportunity to progress Please only apply if you are comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment.
