Your role in a nutshell
We are recruiting for an experienced Loyalty Manager.
The successful candidate will manage all Love Your Body Club related activities including delivery of promotions, marketing campaigns, and communications, and support the Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager in the relaunch of the programme. Responsible for delivering commercial KPIs focused on increased member revenue, engagement, and retention.
More about the role
* Support the Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager in delivering against Loyalty programme revenue targets (+£950K incremental revenue).
* Deliver LYBC promotional plans (events, discounts, product promotions, sampling campaigns, etc).
* Project manage delivery of those promotional plans through supporting teams – CRM, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce.
* Work with marketing teams to produce and deliver promotional material for LYBC activations – emails, SMS, social media, e-commerce content, and retail merchandising.
* Collaborate with Retail teams to maintain training materials supporting the LYBC programme and keep abreast of new developments.
* Compile and share performance reports on the LYBC programme with the team and stakeholders.
* Support the rollout of the loyalty programme on a new technology platform and develop strategies to optimise and relaunch the programme.
