Job Title: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Employer: Visionist Consulting
Location: London, UK • Working Hours: 40 hours per week
The role is onsite at one of Visionist’s customers, BEIS (Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy) and Department for International Trade (DIT). BEIS and DIT have over 10,500 users to support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd line support to 10,500 staff based across London
* Deliver the Request Catalogue services to end users
* Document and maintain processes and work instructions
* Provide VIP support across DIT and BEIS
* Manage assets within the Incident process for issuing/receiving equipment
Skills and Experience
* 3+ years VIP support experience
* 3+ years 2nd line support experience
* Windows 10 and macOS end user support expertise
* Office 365 (both thin and fat clients) end user support expertise
* Troubleshooting in Zscaler and Okta
* Strong Apple iPhone support skills
* Knowledge of Audio-visual equipment to support ministerial meeting rooms
* Strong ServiceNow experience across Request and Incident Management
* Excellent customer-facing skills
* 3+ years Asset Management experience within ServiceNow
* ITIL Foundation Certification is a strong advantage
* MCSA Windows 10 certification – 70-697 and 70-698
