An opportunity has arisen at our client's Oxford Depot for a Service/Warranty Administrator to assist in the day to day running of the Service Reception.
Your role as Service Administrator / Warranty Administrator:
* Dealing with all aspects of the invoice process and system
* To ensure that claims are processed correctly and efficiently
* Follow up on completed warranty repairs
* Managing invoice amounts and warranty payments
* Check & Raise Pro-forma Invoices for customers
* Liaising with Customers, Management and Technicians
* Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
The successful applicant would have a positive demeanour, work well as a member of a successful team, be comfortable talking to customers and ideally have a background in the motor industry. A working knowledge of Kerridge ADP would be advantageous but is not crucial, however you will need to be computer literate and be comfortable with MS Office products.
Hours 09.00 – 17.30 Monday to Friday will be required to work one Saturday in three 08.00- 12.00 which is paid as overtime.
