Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the company meets and adheres to its Electrical technical standards
* Act as technical leader for electrical engineering projects responsible for inter-disciplinary coordination of design activities, quality assurance of engineering and design deliverables, coordination with procurement, construction, project controls and client personnel.
* Manage a team of electrical site technicians, LV and HV
* Provide weekly and monthly data to meet KPI’s, monitoring and reporting on trends to inform the business
* Any other duties assigned in line with the scope and seniority of the role
* To understand and adhere to Company policies and procedures
* Maintain companies’ electrical procedures, policies, and accreditations
* Comply with company Health and Safety policies, procedures, and codes of practice
* Demonstrate and uphold Company values
Skills & Qualifications
* At least 5 years’ experience in managing electrical projects/site works
* Degree in Electrical Engineering
* Good communication skills verbally and in writing
* Good negotiating and influencing skills to command professional respect at all levels.
* Experienced in team management
* Highly competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Experience of working on water utility assets
* Experience on HV systems
* Experience of PPM maintenance activities
