As a Chartered Valuation Surveyor, you'll be responsible for valuations, negotiations, and providing property-related advice. You will manage large caseloads, undertake site inspections, oversee quality assurance, and represent the Valuation Office Agency at tribunals.
Your responsibilities will include providing technical valuation and property advice to clients, managing caseloads effectively, identifying and managing risks, supporting local and national taxation through property valuation, and appearing at tribunals as required. You will have the confidence to act as the Lead Valuer, providing guidance to colleagues, marketing sector-specific services, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the development of trainee surveyors.
